Before you heat up the Banquet Frozen Chicken Nuggets with Mac & Cheese, check the label. Fears of salmonella in the brownie mix prompt ConAgra to recall 110,817 pounds of frozen meals shipped nationwide.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Servies (FSIS), the Missouri conglomerate issued the recall in an "abundance of caution" after informing USDA that the bacteria might be in the source material for the mix, supplied by an outside contractor that notified the company.

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions, officials said, adding that anyone in doubt should speak with a doctor.

The health alert applies to 7.4-ounce vacuum-packed trays produced on January 26, 2017. They bear code 3100080921 and are stamped with a "best-by" date of July 20, 2018. The packages carry FSIS establishment number P-9 on a side panel..
