The ultimate girl group, the Ronettes actually began as Ronnie & the Relatives a couple of years before attaining success. Once the group hooked up with Phil Spector and his Philles Record label, the hits came - "Walking in the Rain," "Baby I Love You," "I Can Hear Music," "Do I Love You?," and the biggest hit, "Be My Baby." Lead singer RONNIE SPECTOR turns 74 today and will be performing at the "Cruisin' the Circuit" concert at the Paramount Theater in Asbury Park on August 26th.
