Police looking for man who wanted jogger to watch him perform sex act

Police in Monmouth's Ocean Township are looking for the man who allegedly asked a female jogger to watch him perform a sex act in exchange for cash on Monday around 5:30 pm in Louis Weltz Park.

The woman was preparing to go on a jog on a trail in the park on West Park Avenue when a man came up to her and asked her if she wanted to make some money.

The man then asked her if she wanted to watch him perform a sex act and he'd give her money.

She became startled, then ran away and called police.

When they arrived the male suspect bolted through the park heading north towards the woods.

He's described as a white male in his 20’s, skinny build, wearing a long sleeve red Rutgers shirt and a baseball hat.

The investigation into the incident continues as detectives identify and find the man.
