32-year-old Jamel Carlton of Saugerties, NY, has been indicted on first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, second-degree burglary, third-degree aggravated assault, third-degree criminal restraint, and fourth-degree obstruction charges.

NJ.com reports that in the early morning hours of February 10th, Atlantic City Police responded to Ballys' parking garage for a report of domestic assault. Officers found Carlton, who had been already been separated from his girlfriend by casino security after allegedly assaulting her. Later that morning, police returned to Bally's for the report of a sexual assault. Officers found a 51-year-old woman, who worked at Bally's, had been pushed into a hotel room and sexually and physically assaulted. An investigation led police to identify her alleged attacker as Carlton and he was arrested that afternoon.
