If you happen to be in the market for a luxury townhouse and you have a budget just over $1 million, you could take over the home NY Giants head coach Tom Coughlin and his wife have lived in since 2004.

Coughlin's Park Ridge townhouse has been on the market for more than a month, with a list price of $1.175 million according to real estate website Zillow. The 4,287-square-foot home, located in the gated Bears Nest development, is selling for $50,000 less than the purchase price. Taxes on the house were estimated at $19,409 for 2015.

Coughlin, 69, moved to NJ with his wife, Judith, in 2004 after his job coaching the Jacksonville Jaguars ended in 2002. The Giants coach still retains the Atlantic Beach, Fla. home he purchased while living in Florida. The Coughlins also own a smaller townhome in Wyckoff which they purchased in May for $720,000, according to NJ.com.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home is situated on a cul-de-sac in a development that features a club house with dining room, billiards room and a gym. In addition, the development has a swimming pool/hot tub, putting green and tennis courts, according to Zillow. The house has a wet bar, deck, fireplace and an attached garage, the Zillow listing states. It's been on the market for 48 days.
