The Jersey Shore is bracing for a Nor'easter that could cause problems for us in many different ways.

Let's take a look at the latest info as we prepare for this storm and the concerns it brings to the Jersey Shore.

High Wind Warning. In effect until 6:00va.m. Saturday morning. It could cause power outages, damage to trees and property. Peak gusts could reach 60mph.

Coastal Flood Warning. In effect until Sunday at 2:00 a.m. At least some minor flooding is anticipated for coastal Monmouth & Ocean Counties, but Meteorologist Dan Zarrow says there is a chance for that flooding to be moderate to major in spots.

Timing. The rain will be throughout the day. The wind is expected to peak this afternoon and tonight. By, tomorrow, it will still be windy, but not as windy, with wind speeds between 25 and 35 mph.

We will continue to keep you updated on this strong storm, and remember you can always stay up to date with the latest New Jersey weather conditions with our meteorologist Dan Zarrow's weather blog.
