Authorities say Anthony Bussie rang the doorbell at U.S. Rep. Rob Andrews’ home around 8 p.m. on Jan. 11 and complained that the government had not paid him for work he said he did as an Iraq war contractor.

Authorities say he threatened to harm the Democratic congressman.

Andrews called police and Bussie was arrested in his home later that night. He was indicted Tuesday.

Bussie has been ordered to undergo psychological tests. In court papers, he said he was angry at Andrews but did not threaten him.
