NJ company president accused of stealing more than $1M

ROCHELLE PARK — A man who worked as the president of a Bergen County company has been charged with embezzling more than $1 million from the company.

Keith Feuilly, 63, former president of Atlants Equipment Rental Inc., was arrested after an investigation was launched following a complaint in July, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

Feuilly is accused of taking payment in check form and depositing the money over the course of five years into a Paramus bank account. He also used the company's accounting software to "destroy and/or alter" the records to cover up the theft.

Feuilly was arrested on Monday and charged with second-degree theft by deception, with benefit of greater than $75,000, one count of first-degree financial facilitation of criminal activity with an amount greater than $500,000, and one count of second-degree misconduct by a corporate official with a benefit greater than $75,000.

Feuilly was served with a summons and then released. His first court date was set for June 21 at 8:30 a.m.
