In case you just haven't noticed, all things from the nineties are back with a vengeance. That includes flatform sandals, overalls and the group TLC (playing in Camden in September) to name a few. So, a sequel to Jumanji is part of the larger trend.

The revamp on "the game that plays you" involves a Breakfast Club-like start, with students in an enchanted video game. It stars Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black & Karen Gillan. Bergen County native Nick Jonas is in it, too. Don't blink, or you'll miss him in the trailer. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is set to hit theaters for Christmas

We've also got a first look the a big screen version of an 80's classic toy that's still around today, My Little Pony: The Movie. This has an A-list voice cast: Passaic-born Zoe Saldana, Liev Schrieber, Emily Blunt, Taye Diggs, Kristen Chenoweth, Uzo Aduba, Michael Pena and pop superstar, Sia. The animated movie will hit theaters in October.
