NEWARK — The FBI is looking for the public's help to identify a woman who appeared in a video with a child sexual assault victim.

The woman, identified only as "Jane Doe 39," was seen in a video which the FBI said was first brought to the attention of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in April of last year, leading authorities to believe it is at least older than that.

According to the FBI, the woman is described as being Asian between the ages of 25 and 35 with long black hair. She can be seen in the video wearing a white, yellow, blue and red floral dress. The FBI said the woman can be heard speaking Vietnamese.

The case is being investigated by the Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program, which is a joint effort by the FBI with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. According to the FBI, this work has led to the identification of more than 40 child victims.

The FBI is asking anyone who can help identify the woman to contact the bureau online or call the toll-free tip line a 1-800-CALL-FBI.
