MOUNT OLIVE — A woman who went missing Tuesday for the second time in the past month has been found according to the town's mayor.

Mayor Rob Greenbaum confirmed just before 5 p.m. on Wednesday on his Facebook page that 57-year-old Liz Palanchi had been found. The Mount Olive Police Department confirmed on their Facebook page that Palanchi had been located as well and was "ok."

Prior to her being located, the search continued on Wednesday in the Budd Lake section of town after a large search on Tuesday night that involved helicopters and individuals with a thermal imaging device, Greenbaum on his Facebook page.

Temperatures overnight were in the upper teens with the wind making it feel like the single digits.

Mount Olive Police described Palanchi as a white female weighing 150 pounds and standing 5 feet 3 inches with dirty blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with a black fur collar, a beige blouse and dark leggings with a grayish pattern.

Palanchi went missing for several hours in November but was located in the woods near her Sandshore Road home.

Palanchi's daughter Heather wrote on her Facebook page that she came home early Tuesday evening and found her mom's car keys, phone and wallet in the house.  Heather wrote that she had come back to the house around 5:15  p.m. from therapy and was last seen at the house around 10 a.m.

"Mental health issues affect more people than you could probably imagine," Heather wrote.

Mount Olive Police asked anyone with information about Panache to call them at 973-691-0850.

Egg Harbor Township Police reported that 91-year-old William Froener, reported missing on Sunday, was found dead in a wooded area near his home on Atlantic Avenue on Monday afternoon.
