Marlton man found in possession of drugs near walking trail in Evesham
A Marlton man is caught in possession of heroin and cocaine last week near a business complex and walking trails along route 73 in Evesham.
Vermont Battles With Deadly Heroin Epidemic
Nicholas Dalia, 25, of Marlton faces 3rd degree charges for Possession of Heroin and Possession of Cocaine following his June 12 arrest around 11:15 am.
An officer had been patrolling the area of 401 Route 73 North due to a recent string of criminal activity.
After addressing Dalia, the officer later learned the man had an active criminal warrant out for his arrest.
Dalia was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in default of bail from an unrelated criminal warrant out of the Camden City Police Department, according to Evesham Police.
