MANCHESTER - Complaints to police about suspected drug deals lead to marijuana-related charges against a father and son, and two others in their house.

Jermaine Lett. Sr., 48, and Jermaine Lett, Jr.,20, were arrested early today along with Tyrese Lett, 18, and Quieonta Riley, 20, following a raid by the Ocean County Regional SWAT Team in the Summit Park section, on Nathan Avenue.

The probe began under the auspices of the Manchester Township PD's Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET), which fielded several complaints from around the neighborhood, police said.

The search yielded 52 grams of marijuana, cutting agents, and items commonly associated with preparation, packaging and distribution of weed, authorities said.

Jermaine Lett Sr. and Tyrese Lett are charged with one count each of possession, and possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, possession of imitation controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jermaine Lett Jr. faces the same counts, plus a $300 warrant issued in Seaside Heights.

Quieonta Riley is charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Assisting NET and the SWAT officers were members of the Manchester PD Investigations and Patrol Bureaus, township and county K9 teams, and investigators of the Ocean County Prosecutor's Financial Crimes Unit.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
