EVESHAM — Township police need the public's help in tracking down a man accused of secretly recording someone else in the restroom of a Chick-fil-A restaurant.

The man was confronted in the restroom about 1:35 p.m. Thursday.

Police said he fled the store on Route 73 in the Marlton section, and drove away.

Before leaving, he was caught on the store's surveillance camera. An image released by police shows a balding middle-aged man wearing glasses and an untucked, dark blue polo shirt.

Nobody, however, caught the make and model of his vehicle.

This happened in the same Burlington County community confronted by a series of lewdness incidents in the past year.

Earlier this month, a man was spotted masturbating on a park bench in the early afternoon.

In May, police charged man after he was identified as the naked "chubby" suspect who chased two girls through the street in December.

In February, police issued a notice searching for a suspect who had been spotted masturbating in public.

More than a dozen other similar incidents have been reported to police since last summer.

Police ask anyone who may know the identity of the man seen in the Chick-fil-A restaurant to call the department at 856-983-1116 or the confidential tip line at 856-983-4699. Police also accept messages at Facebook@Eveshampd.org.
