Making Chicken Parmesan: Cooking with Reporter Vin
It's one of my all-time favorite foods to eat and cook...chicken parmesan!
This dish is good any day of the week and twice on Sunday's, haha.
You can use any type of pasta with it, there happened to be angel hair in the house so that's what I went with.
You can also feel free to add or subtract any of the ingredients I used and flavor it to your hearts content.
A side of French or Italian bread is never a bad side either.
