TV's "Queen of Comedy," LUCILLE BALL was born this day in 1911. Some 66 years after its debut, I Love Lucy still runs somewhere in the world each and every day. We've all become used to the "heart" open used in reruns, but when the program was new it had several different sponsors (Sanka, Lilt, Fluffo, Phillip Morris Cigarettes, etc), and the sponsors were worked into the opening and closing credits of the episodes.
