Lots of people seem so intrigued when they find out we are from the Jersey Shore. It's an awesome place to live and people always seem to want to learn more about it. Well, we very well may have captured the true meaning of being a Jersey Shore resident in one single photo, and now we want to share that photo with you.

There is a little background of course. It all starts with our love and need for coffee, ar as we like to call it "CAW-fee". Coffee is not something we want. It is something we absolutely need. We need it because our schedules basically consist of 15 hours of work in an 8 hour day, and then another 32 hours of family stuff with the remaining 16 hours in your day.

So, when do you sleep? Never. And that's why coffee is the Jersey Shore's first, second, and sometimes only priority. And that brings us to the photo. Take a close look at this picture I took at Freehold Raceway Mall a few years back.

Now throw in the rush and the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and our need for coffee doubles. Look closely and see what happens when Jersey Shore residents are given the choice of Santa Claus or coffee.

And that says it all. Check out the Starbucks line at center court, and now look at Santa's line. Hey big guy, welcome to the Jersey Shore! Starbucks 30 Santa 0. That is priceless.
