Jackson Bank Robbed in Broad Daylight
The suspect in a midmorning bank holdup in Jackson flees the scene on foot, and township police are in hot pursuit.
The holdup artist left his image clearly imprinted on surveillance video, and law enforcement officials are urging anyone who recognized him to step forward.
According to information from Jackson PD, they were notified of the heist at the Wells Fargo branch at 2115 West County Line Road, near Brewers Bridge Road, at about 9:40 AM.
The suspect is identified as a white male with a goatee, in his 40s, about 5'7" in height with a medium build. He was seen wearing a black hoodie, a dark bandana or head wrap, and black sunglasses.
Jackson Police Detectives Mitch Cowit (732-833-3012) and Ed Howe (732-833-3025) are heading up the probe.
