Finally the weather matches the calendar, and now our attention turns to Halloween 2017 at the Jersey Shore.

For many, this is their favorite holiday of the year. So what makes Halloween such a big holiday at the Jersey Shore? Is it how cute our kids look in their costumes? Is it all that candy?

Or maybe it's the decorations. Some houses along Jersey Shore roads are just about works of Halloween art. And then there's the fact that Halloween is one of the great excuses of all time to have a party.

And let's not forget the fun of dressing up for us adults as well. We're a pretty creative bunch here at The Jersey Shore, and a lot of our talent is on display during the Halloween season.

Whatever the reason, The Shore loves Halloween. So much so that it got us wondering. Is it possible that Halloween is the most popular holiday at the Jersey Shore? Even bigger than Christmas or New Year's or Thanksgiving?

There's only one way to find out. So let's do a Jersey Shore poll. We'll list the 4 holidays we mentioned, but, of course, feel free to enter your favorite holiday if you don't see it.
