Helpful Hints – Preparing for the Winter

Winter might seem far away, but now is the time to prepare!  Check out Marianne's Helpful Hints to get ready!  Before the temperature drops, be sure to do the following things:

• caulk cracks and gaps around window frames
• remove hose from outside faucet
• turn off water and drain piping
• close upper return air vents and open lower return vents
• cover outside air conditioning unit
