Helpful Hint – Cold Compress

Ever need a cold compress and don't have anything in the freezer that you could use? Well here is a solution all you need is a sponge and freezer bag.

Take that brand new sponge, wet it and put it into a freezer bag. Then put it in the freezer and let it freeze up and you will have a cold compress right at your fingertips whenever you need one!
