Four Ocean County residents arrested for dealing crack-cocaine, fifth on the run
Five Ocean County residents have been arrested following a sting by local law enforcement into the alleged dealing of crack-cocaine while a fifth resident remains a fugitive on the run, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer.
The joint investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutors Office's Special Operations Group Northern Enforcement Unit, Jackson Township Police Department and the Lakewood Township Police Department Street Crimes Unit resulted in the arrest of four Ocean County residents on various drug and weapons charges.
This cooperative investigation identified two Jackson residences, 199 White Road and 284 Clearstream Drive as being used by Erasmo Sandro Morales, 34, of 284 Clearstream Drive and others to store and distribute quantities of “Crack” cocaine.
Investigators then found a Nissan Altima being utilized by Morales to store and distribute quantities of “Crack” cocaine.
Detectives obtained no knock search warrants for both of the residences and the Nissan Altima and on Tuesday around 6:00 am, OCPO Detectives, Jackson Police, Lakewood Police Street Crimes Unit, the OC Regional SWAT Team and the OC Sherriff’s Department K-9 Unit executed the three no-knock search warrants.
Police then seized about two and half ounces of “Crack” cocaine, drug paraphernalia associated with the distribution of CDS, a Stun Gun, brass knuckles and approximately $6000.00 in cash and the Nissan Altima.
Morales is being charged with two counts of Distribution of Cocaine over One Half Ounce, Possession of Cocaine over one half ounce with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Cocaine; and one count of the following charges: Possession of a Weapon, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine under one half ounce, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was brought to the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
Nicole Fischetti, 21, 284 Clearstream Drive, Jackson was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine under one half ounce with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a weapon and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was detained at the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
Joseph Smith, age 34, 199 White Road, Jackson was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Xanax) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was released on a summons pending a future court date.
Veronica Noll, age 35, 199 White Road, Jackson was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Xanax) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was released on a summons pending a future court date.
Wilbert Casiano, 47, 75 Erica Road, Lakewood, however is still on the run.
He has been charged with Distribution of Cocaine over one half ounce, Possession of Cocaine over one half ounce with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Cocaine.
Casiano is currently a fugitive.
