Congratulations To Alex R. Kupseta, Our Warrior of the Week

Townsquare Media and the Jay & Linda Grunin Foundation are teaming up to salute our local heroes with our Warrior of the Week program.

Congratulations to Alex R. Kupseta, Our Warrior of the Week for the week of November 20, 2017.

A Little Egg Harbor native, Sergeant Alex Kupseta enlisted during his senior year of high school and left for boot camp exactly 6 days after his 18th birthday.

Following extensive training, Kupseta was honored at the Marine Ball as the youngest Marine. Kupseta went into Radio Communications and volunteered to fight in Afghanistan where he was again honored as one of the youngest Marines to fight, and to make Sergeant.
