Cherry Hill parent Stuart Chaifetz has posted a new video on his Facebook page questioning the statement issued by Cherry Hill’s school superintendent that the teachers and aides that bullyed his son are no longer employed by the district.

In the video, Chaifetz calls Cherry Hill High School West and dials the extension of  a woman he identifies as “Kelly” and then plays her voice mail message. He calls this proof that at least one of the teachers is still employed in the district.

Cherry Hill Superintendent Dr. Maureen Reusche, in a statement released at a Board of Education meeting Tuesday night, said, “I want to assure our parents that the individuals who are heard on the recording raising their voices and inappropriately addressing children no longer work in the district and have not since shortly after we received the copy of the recording.”

Chaifetz blames tenure or other procedure as the reason “Kelly” is still employed by the district. He reiterates that all he wants is “justice for my son” and while he appreciates the “swift action” of the district, he does not want to fight the Superintendent and school board.
