Can You Guess The Jersey Shore Location Of This Pay Phone?

Coming across an actual pay phone that's not a Maroon 5 song is a rare event these days around Monmouth & Ocean Counties. When you see one, you notice it, or do you?

I ran across a pay phone at a place thousands of people visit over the course of a year, and I began to wonder just how many people notice it. So I took a picture of it and that picture contains some clues to the phone's whereabouts.

Can you name the location? I will give you a clue. It's a place in Ocean County, and that's all you're going to get from me. I don't really think you'll need any more than that to get the answer.
