Members of the township Drug Enforcement Unit and Special Emergency Response Team, using a search warrant after a probe of drug distribution in the vicinity, found the unit equipped with a reinforced door and surveillance equipment, authorities said.

Bail was set at $50,000 for Figueroa, $25,000 for Fluet. They were placed in the Ocean County Jail on charges of possession with intent to distribute less than one half-ounce of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic syringes, fortified premises, and two counts of possession of heroin and Suboxone.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
