Singer BOBBY VEE would have been 74 today. He first came to the attention of record-buying teenagers as a sort of surrogate Buddy Holly. He racked up an amazing list of hits in his heyday including "Devil or Angel," "Run to Him," "The Night Has a Thousand Eyes" and "Come Back When You Grow Up." He reached #1 on the charts only once with "Take Good Care of My Baby," composed by Carole King and her husband Gerry Goffin. Click on the picture below to hear this classic in stereo.
