Beach Boy DENNIS WILSON Born this Day in 1944

Of the three Wilson brothers in the Beach Boys, Dennis was the real surfing enthusiast. Dennis was born this day in 1944 and was the on-again/off-again drummer for the group. He didn't get to sing many leads with the group, but is heard on the hit remake of Bobby Freeman's "Do You Wanna Dance." Here he is drumming and singing along with the song on a classic Shindig appearance from 1965.
