CPC Behavioral Healthcare, an organization that has offered services for three decades in Monmouth County, is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new facility in Freehold at 22 Court Street on Friday, September 12th.

CPC Clinical operations COO Vera Sansone said the new ADA compliant facility, allows them to offer a host of services, which includes counseling, a Case Management Program, EAP services, a host of evidence-based programs and Mental Health First Aid.

Sansone adds that services will also be offered on a sliding financial scale basis. "We are partially funded by both the county and as well as by the State Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services and that money is used to subsidize some of the care for people who wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise."

The ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house will run from 11 am to 1 pm. Sansone said participants will be able to tour the facility, listen to an inspirational key-note address from former publisher and political candidate Diane Gooch, who will talk about her & her son's personal addiction recovery journey and a radio program they co-host about their ordeal.

Light Fare will also be provided by Alycia's Bistro of Freehold.

The CPC Behavioral Healthcare, Freehold Counseling Center is located at 22 Court Street (within the municipal parking lot).
