A 15-year-old Edison boy who drove a car that left him and two other people dead was committing suicide.

Edison Police tell the Star Ledger that Srijan Saha, who drove a car head-in into another vehicle on Route 27 early Tuesday, had a suicide note written on his arm. He had taken 1995 Honda Civic without his parent's permission.

One of the victims was 46-year-old Mohammad Zia, father of four children, and Ali Behzad, 35, The two were out for a late night cup of coffee when they were struck by Saha.

Saha was a student at J.P. Stevens High School where a message posted on the school's website urged parents to monitor their child's social media use for signs they may be struggling to understand Saha's death.
